Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Sorted Group Holdings plc (AIM: SORT), a leading provider of delivery
experience and post-purchase technology, is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed
were duly passed on a show of hands with the following table summarising the
proxy votes:
