Announcement of Resignation of Marco Fumagalli

 

 

Sound Energy, (AIM: SOU) the transition energy company, announces that after
almost 9 years as an active Non-Executive Director and former Acting Chairman
of the Company Mr Marco Fumagalli intends to announce his resignation from the
board immediately after the conclusion of the company Annual General Meeting
on 13th June 2023 in order that he may pursue other business opportunities.
The Company intends to replace Marco with an independent NED in due course.

 

Commenting, Graham Lyon (Executive Chairman) said:

 

" Marco has had a tremendous impact on the development of Sound over his nine
years. Since my appointment Marco has particularly provided me with invaluable
knowledge, market acumen, advice and has provided corporate memory amongst the
board. We thank Marco for the various roles he has performed diligently and
effectively throughout his time with Sound Energy and wish him well for the
