Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Sound Energy, the transition energy company, announces that the resolutions
put to Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held
earlier today were duly passed.

 

The proxy votes appointing the Chairman cast prior to the AGM were as follow:
