Tax Case Settlements

 

 

Sound Energy (AIM: SOU) the transition energy company, is pleased to announce
the receipt of court papers confirming the withdrawal of cases between the
Company and the Moroccan Tax authority.

 

Subsequent to the Company having previously confirmed that it had entered into
a full and final settlement of its tax disputes with the Moroccan Tax
Authorities, on terms set out in the Company's announcement of 4 May 2023 and
regarding cases of Sound Energy Morocco East and Sound Energy Morocco SARL AU,
the Company is pleased to announce that the court has now confirmed in writing
its judgement - with both remaining court cases now formally closed.
