 * Joint announcement - connected transaction: sale and purchase of the entire issued share capital of South China Financial credits limited  0619.HK  
 * SCF, Peter NG and paul NG entered into the agreement with PGHL 
 * Says consideration for the sale and purchase of the sale shares amounts to HK$20.8 million 
 * Says vendors have agreed to sell and PGHL has agreed to purchase sale shares for the net asset value 
 * Says transaction is not expected to result in a significant net cash outflow for SCL group 
 * Says the payment of the consideration will be funded by internal resources of SCL
