* Says signing of joint venture agreement
* Subsidiary, Trackplus Sdn Bhd, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Eminent Envisage Sdn Bhd
* Under jv agreement, developer will pay co consideration of either 20% of gross sales value or 25 million rgt, whichever is higher
* Pursuant to deal co and developer will enter into jv to undertake residential and/or commercial development on piece of leasehold land
