 * Increase in shareholding in pt rel-ion sterilization services)  BLUM.SI  
 * Adroit innovations investment entered into a sale and purchase agreement with 
   net data investments 
 * Deal for for an aggregate cash consideration of s$1.5 million 
 * Consideration will be funded using net proceeds from disposal of financial 
   assets at fair value through profit or loss 
 * Adroit has agreed to acquire shares in pt rel-ion sterilization services, the 
   co's unit, representing 22.29% of pt rel-ion from ndi
