** Shares of Southern Cross Electrical Engineering SXE.AX rise as much as 8% to A$5.00, biggest intraday pct gain since October 5
** Electrical contractor to acquire Victorian mechanical services provider Entire Operations for up to A$112.1 million ($78.29 million)
** Deal is expected to contribute at least A$17 mln in annual EBIT 
** Raises FY27 EBITDA guidance to at least A$110 mln, including a forecast A$10 mln contribution from Entire Operations
** YTD, stock up 97.6%, including session's moves
