Aug 2 (Reuters) - Southern Packaging Group Ltd  SOUT.SI : 
 * Unit has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Foshan Jia Bang Real Estate Co., Ltd 
 * Will be funded by internal financial resources. 
 * Deal for the acquisition for four office units 
 * Says no valuation was commissioned in respect of the acquisition 
 * Deal for consideration of RMB20 million 
 * Acquisition is not expected to have material impact on net tangible assets  and EPS of group for year ending 31 December 2016
