Oct 20 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes climbed on Tuesday as healthcare stocks hit a record high and easing oil prices boosted investor sentiment, while markets continued to stabilize following last week's technology-led selloff. .N
     
At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.95% at 52,456.65. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.36% at 7,718.78, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.19% at 26,479.81.
