Oct 20 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes moved higher on Tuesday as a surge in healthcare stocks and softer oil prices boosted risk appetite, building on a recovery from last week's technology-led selloff. .N
     
At  1:30 p.m. EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.02% at 52,496.36. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.43% at 7,723.58 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.25% at 26,497.12.
