Feb 25 (Reuters) - U.S. energy firm Southwest Gas Holdings SWX.N on Wednesday named insider Justin Brown as its chief executive officer, effective May 8.

Brown will succeed Karen Haller, who has been with the company for nearly three decades.

Haller, who led the company through its transition to a fully regulated natural gas business, will serve as an advisor through the end of 2026.
