Award of Network Rail and Southeastern Trains Contracts

SpaceandPeople (AIM: SAL) is delighted to announce that Network Rail ("NR")
and Southeastern Trains ("SET") have taken the decision to award a new 5 year
contract to SpaceandPeople for exhibitions, events, promotions and sampling at
their managed stations. This is a continuation of SpaceandPeople's
relationship with NR and is a new relationship with SET.

The contract continues to provide significant coverage of major London and
regional railway stations, giving the Company access to many of the highest
footfall venues across the United Kingdom.

The award of this contract is still subject to satisfactory completion of
various processes in compliance with the Concession Contract Regulations 2016
and to contract signing which is anticipated to take place during August 2024.

Further updates will be made as appropriate in relation to final signing of
the new contract as soon as practicable.
