Nov 20 (Reuters) - Span Diagnostics Ltd  SPAN.BO : 
 * Span Diagnostics Ltd.- disinvestment of stake held in joint venture company 
 * Disinvested its entire 45% stake held in JV co Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics 
   Pvt Ltd to Nihon Khoden Corp for 80.2 million rupees

With reference to the earlier letter dated March 24, 2015, Span Diagnostics Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has disinvested its entire 45% stake held in Joint Venture Company namely Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics Private Limited to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan on November 19, 2015 for consideration of Rs.8,02,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Crore Two Lacs Only).
