** Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial  SPAD.NS  rise as
much as 9.7% to 695.8 rupees, their highest since 23 July, 2021
    ** Co on Tuesday reported a 271% jump in its March-qtr 
consolidated net profit to 1.06 bln rupees ($12.96 million)
    ** SPAD said its consol total rev from ops up at 4.98 bln
rupees vs 2.87 bln rupees Y/Y
    ** If trend stands, co on track for a third consecutive
session of gains
    ** More than 576,656 shares change hands vs 14.9x 30-day avg
of 38,715 shares
    ** SPAD is trading above its 50-day, 100-day and 200-day
simple moving average
    ** Stock up 7.8% YTD, up to last close
