3.3 pct 
    * FY net earnings after income tax attributable NZ$418 
million, up 13 percent 
    * Final second half-year ordinary dividend 11.0 cps 
    * Final second half-year special dividend 1.5 cps 
    * Sees 0-2 percent growth in FY18 total revenue 
    * Sees FY18 EBITDA growth of 0-2 percent 
    * FY18 capex forecast of about NZ$410 million 
    * FY18 earnings per share are expected to be about 22c 
    * Anticipates paying a total FY18 dividend per share of
