Spectra Systems Corporation, a leader in machine-readable high speed banknote authentication, brand protection technologies, and gaming security software, is pleased to announce that it has received the first orders from a new customer using the company's materials in K-cups for Keurig brewers.  This new customer is expected to purchase over $500,000 of materials per annum, more than doubling the existing high margin business.
Dr. Nabil Lawandy, Chief Executive Officer, stated: "We are elated to have significantly increased our high-performance optical materials business for authentication to a new K-cup printer and their end customer.  The growth of this business segment bolsters our efforts to diversify our customer base and further increases the stability of our revenues and earnings"
