Further to the announcement on 16 July 2024, Spectris plc (SXS: LSE), the
expert in providing insight through precision measurement, today announces the
completion of the acquisition of Micromeritics Instruments, the world leader
in analytical instrumentation for the physical characterisation of particles,
powders, and porous materials, following receipt of the required regulatory
approval.
