announces that, Ravi Gopinath, Non-executive Director, has notified the
Company that he has stepped down from his executive role as Chief Strategy
Officer and Chief Cloud Officer at AVEVA Group plc with effect from 1 April
2022. AVEVA Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Gopinath
remains a strategic advisor to AVEVA.
