In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Spectris plc
announces that, Kjersti Wiklund, Non-executive Director, has notified the
Company that she will step down from the board of the Trainline plc with
effect from 30 June 2022 following the conclusion of its AGM.

 

In addition, Kjersti will also retire from the board of Babcock International
Group plc at its 2022 AGM. Both Babcock International and the Trainline are
listed on the London Stock Exchange.
