announces that Alison Henwood, Non-executive Director, has notified the
Company that she has stepped down from her executive role as Executive Vice
President of Finance, Trading and Supply at Royal Dutch Shell plc ("Shell")
with effect from 30 June 2022. Shell is listed on the London Stock Exchange
and has secondary listings on Euronext Amsterdam and the New York Stock
Exchange.
