As announced by Spectris plc on 1 March 2024, Andrew Heath, Chief Executive,
was appointed a non-executive director of Rotork plc with effect from 1 April
2024.

 

In accordance with the principle of Listing Rule 6.4.9, Spectris plc confirms
that Andrew Heath will become Senior Independent Director of Rotork plc with
effect from 1 January 2025. Rotork plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
