Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
This notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR").
 
On 25 February 2021, Spectris plc (the "Company") was notified:
 
(i)         by Andrew Heath, Chief Executive, that he had today acquired 4,968 ordinary shares at a price of 3,018.80 pence per share;
(ii)        by Derek Harding, Chief Financial Officer, that his spouse had today acquired 3,166 ordinary shares at a price of 2,999.73 pence per share; and
(iii)       by Mark Williamson, Chairman, that he had today acquired 529 ordinary shares at a price of 3,019.9361 pence per share.
