Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
This notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR").
 
On 26 February 2021, Spectris plc (the "Company") was notified:
 
(i)         by Ulf Quellmann, Non-executive Director, that he had acquired 250 ordinary shares at a price of 3,060.4748 pence per share on 26 February 2021; and
(ii)        by Karim Bitar, Non-executive Director, that he had acquired 657 ordinary shares at a price of 3,025.4748 pence per share on 26 February 2021.
