Acquisition of Shares through participation in the dividend re-investment plan

 

This notification made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU)
596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR") relates to the acquisition of shares by a
Non-Executive Director following the reinvestment of dividends on shares held.

 

On 12 November 2024, Spectris plc (the "Company") was notified by Alison
Henwood, Non-Executive Director that, on 12 November 2024, she acquired a
total of 19 ordinary 5p shares at a price of 2,598.9337 pence per share
through participation in the Company's dividend reinvestment plan.
