** Shares of Spheria Emerging Companies SEC.AX rise as much as 2.7% to A$2.710, their highest level since October 15

   ** The investment firm declares a quarterly fully franked dividend of 3.8 AU cents, the company announced post market hours on Tuesday

** This was higher than the quarterly dividend of 3.5 AU cents paid last year

** Stock is up 16.5% YTD, including the session's moves
