    Italy reported 31 coronavirus-related deaths on Monday
against 12 the day before, the health ministry said, while the

    Treasury announces sale of 12-month BOT bills, with relative
amounts to be auctioned on July 9.

    Italy is set to earmark 300 million euros to strengthen a
package of incentives aimed at encouraging sales of low-emission
cars as well as hybrid and electric vehicles, lawmakers said on
Monday.

    The European Central Bank is open to giving banks in the
euro zone more time to rebuild capital buffers if the current
crisis leads to a material deterioration of asset quality, ECB

    TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)  TLIT.MI 
    The telecoms group said on Monday it had appointed Stefano
Siragusa as chief revenue officer, Nicola Grassi as chief
technology & operation officer and Paolo Chiriotti as head of
procurement function.
    
    WEBUILD  WBD.MI 
    Fitch has affirmed its 'BB' rating on the Italian builder
and raised the outlook to 'stable' from 'negative' citing an
improvement in the company's financial profile driven by a
recent debt reduction, an expected significant free cash flow
generation in 2021-2022 and solid growth prospects for the
medium term. 
    
    OVS  OVS.MI 
    The Italian clothing retailer said on Monday its planned
capital increase worth up to 80 million euros would take place
through the issuance of up to 63.9 million new shares at a
subscription price of 1.25 euros each. It added the issue price
included a discount of approximately 19.3% to the share's

    CARRARO  CARRA.MI 
    The company said on Monday that vehicle Fly S.r.l. had
topped 95% of Carraro's share capital at the closing of its
voluntary takeover bid and that conditions were in place for a
