CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, DrTrudy Schoolenberg, currently a non-executive Director of Low & Bonar plc, has been appointed as Interim Group Chief Executive of Low& Bonar plc. 
The Board is satisfied that Dr Schoolenberg's appointment with Low & Bonar plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2016.
