CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

 

 

In accordance with the Listing Rule requirement to give notice of new
directorships held by current directors (LR 9.6.14 (2)), Spirax‑Sarco
Engineering plc announces that Angela Archon, Non-Executive Director, has been
appointed as a Non-Executive Director of DT Midstream Inc., a company listed
on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: DTM) with effect from 7 March 2023.

 

The Board is satisfied that Angela's appointment with DT Midstream Inc.
complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2018 and proxy advisor
guidelines.
