Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (Company) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, 10th May 2016 at Charlton House, Cirencester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL538ER.
In connection with this, the following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders:

 Circular to Shareholders/Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice)
