Board Succession Changes
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the world leader in the control and efficient use of steam, and in peristaltic pumping and associated fluid path technologies, announces the following Board succession changes.
DrKrishnamurthy Rajagopal will step down as Remuneration Committee Chairman with effect from 31stOctober 2016. Dr Rajagopol will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
The Board is pleased to announce thatMiss JaneKingston, who is currently a Non-Executive Director, will take over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from 1stNovember 2016. 
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
