Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the world leader in thermal energy management, peristaltic pumping and associated fluid path technologies, previously announced that Kevin Boyd, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, would retire from the Board in September 2020 following an orderly handover of his duties to his successor, Nimesh Patel. 
We are pleased to report that the handover has been completed.  Kevin has therefore stepped down and Nimesh is now appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.
