Spire CEO Suzanne Sitherwood retires

March 29 (Reuters) - Natural gas utilities firm Spire
Inc SR.N on Wednesday said its President and Chief Executive
Officer Suzanne Sitherwood will retire at the end of 2023.
Sitherwood, who has been with Spire for 12 years, currently
serves as national chair of the American Gas Association.
Spire's board has initiated a process to find a successor
and will employ an independent executive search firm for help,
the company said.
Spire is the holding company for Spire Missouri Inc, Spire
Alabama Inc, and other gas utilities and gas-related businesses.
