AGM STATEMENT

Ahead of its Annual General Meeting later today, Spire Healthcare Group plc
(LSE: SPI), a leading independent healthcare group in the UK, provides the
following update for the period 1 January 2023 to 30 April 2023.

 

The Board is pleased with the Group's performance during the first four months
of the year. Consistent with expectations stated in our FY22 results
announcement, good momentum has continued from the end of last year. We
reiterate our outlook for the full year, as set out in the same announcement.

 

We expect to announce our results for the six months ending 30 June on 14
September 2023.
