AGM TRADING UPDATE

Ahead of its Annual General Meeting later today, Spire Healthcare Group plc
(LSE: SPI), a leading independent healthcare group in the UK, provides the
following update for the period 1 January 2024 to 30 April 2024.

 

The Board is pleased to confirm that trading since the results announcement on
29 February 2024 has continued to be strong and reiterates the outlook for the
full year.

 

The Group's results for the six months ending 30 June 2024 will be announced
on 12 September 2024.
