Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), a leading independent healthcare group
in the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joh. Berenberg, Gossler
& Co KG, London Branch ("Berenberg") as its Joint Corporate Broker
alongside J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking
business as J.P. Morgan Cazenove), the Company's current Corporate Broker,
with immediate effect.
