Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI) ('Spire Healthcare', 'the Group' or 'the
Company'), a leading independent healthcare group in the UK, announces that
Jill Anderson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as
a Non-Executive Director of Croda International Plc. Jill will join the board
of Croda International Plc on 12 January 2026 and become a member of the
Audit, Nomination and Remuneration committees.
