Grant of Sharesave Plan Options

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

Spire Healthcare Group plc (the "Company") announces that following valid
elections by the PDMRs disclosed in the table below to participate in the
Company's all-employee Sharesave Plan, options over the Company's ordinary
shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 26 April 2022 as
follows:

Subject to the rules of the Spire Healthcare Group plc 2016 Sharesave Plan,
the options may be exercised at the end of the three year saving contract at
the exercise price set out above.  The expected maturity date of these
options is 1 June 2025 and they will remain exercisable until 30 November
2025.
