At the ninth annual general meeting of the Company held at 11.00am today at 3
Dorset Rise, London EC4Y 8EN, all resolutions were passed on a poll. The

A trading update was released by the Company at 7.00am this morning.

 

 

Notes:

 

i)         Any proxy appointments which gave discretion to the Chairman
have been included in the "for" total.

ii)        The total number of shares in issue (ISC) is 404,112,597.

iii)       A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of the proportion of the votes "for" and "against" a resolution.

iv)      All percentages are shown to two decimal places.

Copies of the resolutions dealing with special business passed at the Annual
