Spire Healthcare chair could step down within months, Sky News reports July 13 (Reuters) - Britain's Spire Healthcare SPI.L chair Ian Cheshire will step down in the coming months and could be replaced by one of the company's existing non-executive directors, Sky News reported on Monday.
Spire will announce as early as Tuesday morning that Cheshire is to leave the company, the report added.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report. Spire could not immediately be reached for comment outside regular business hours.
