    Spire Healthcare extends Toscafund takeover deadline for sixth time
    Sept 3 (Reuters) - Britain's Spire Healthcare SPI.L on Thursday extended for the sixth time the deadline for Toscafund Asset Management to make a formal takeover offer for the private hospital operator. 
    The new deadline has been set for September 4.
