Corrects company descriptor in paragraph 1 to say "private hospital operator", not "private hospitality group" March 20 (Reuters) - British investment firm Triton Investments said on Friday it had no intention to make an offer for private hospital operator Spire Healthcare SPI.L. Spire in January had confirmed it was in talks with several buyout firms including Bridgepoint BPTB.L and Triton to explore strategic options.
