UK's Spire Healthcare names insider Debbie White as chair amid buyout talks July 14 (Reuters) - Britain's Spire Healthcare SPI.L on Tuesday announced the appointment of insider Debbie White as chair, succeeding Ian Cheshire, who plans to step down no later than September 30, as the company continues takeover talks.
Sky News was the first to report Cheshire's departure on Monday.
