Spirent Communications plc ("the Company")

 

Application for Listing of new shares to be issued for awards vesting under
the Spirent Long-Term Incentive Plan, also including the Deferred Bonus Plan

 

London, UK 5 March 2025: Spirent Communications plc ("the Company") (LSE:
SPT), the leading provider of automated test and assurance solutions for
next-generation devices and networks, would like to notify the market that
application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 16,500,000 Ordinary shares of 3 ⅓p each in
the capital of the Company ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued
pursuant to the Spirent Long-Term Incentive Plan, including for awards vesting
under the Deferred Bonus Plan.

 

Admission of the shares is expected to be on 7 March 2025. When issued these
shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
