UK competition watchdog considers probe into Boeing-Spirit Aero deal

June 26 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator said on Thursday it was considering whether Boeing's BA.N deal to acquire Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N could affect competition in the country, and that it was inviting comments from parties by July 15.
