Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
which will seek to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical
diagnostics sector, is pleased to announce the publication of the Company's
Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period from incorporation on 28
April 2021 to 30 September 2022 (the "Annual Report").
