Appointment of Strategic Consultant

Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
which is seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical
diagnostics sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Konstantinos
("Kon") Gryllakis as a strategic consultant to the Company.

Kon was until recently Head of Diagnostics, Asia Pacific, for Siemens
Healthineers AG, the quoted global provider of healthcare solutions and
services, owned 75% by Siemens AG, a role that he had fulfilled since 2015.
Kon has worked in the diagnostics sector since 1986, fulfilling a number of
senior sales and management roles.  He was General Manager of Bayer
Diagnostics (Australia and New Zealand) from 2003 to 2007, and CEO and
President of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from 2007 to 2012.

Kon will be advising the Company on its business strategy and assisting with
the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisition targets in the laboratory
and diagnostic testing sector.

Under the terms of his strategic consultancy agreement, Kon will be eligible
to receive bonus payments and stock options on a successful reverse takeover
by the Company which will be determined by reference to the enlarged Company's
valuation at the time of its readmission.

Commenting, Zaccheus Peh, Non-Executive Chairman of Spiritus Mundi, said: "We
