Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
which is seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical
diagnostics sector, has been notified that Zaccheus Peh, Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, has purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 July 2023 at prices per Ordinary
Share between 2.20 pence and 2.324 pence as described in the disclosure table
below.

Following these transactions, Zaccheus Peh has an interest in 6,280,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.7% of the Company's issued
share capital.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to
constitute inside information stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulation
(EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
