Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
which is seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical
diagnostics sector, has been notified that Zaccheus Peh, Non-executive
Chairman of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 July 2023 at a price per Ordinary
Share of 6.0 pence as described in the disclosure table below.

Following these transactions, Zaccheus Peh has an interest in 6,310,000
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.8% of the Company's issued
share capital.

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to
constitute inside information stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulation
(EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the
