Directorate Change

Spiritus Mundi plc (LSE: SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC)
which is seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical
diagnostics sector, announces the appointment of Timothy (Tim) Metcalfe as a
non-executive director of the Company from 1 April 2023.  Additionally,
Rachel Maguire, currently a non-executive director of Spiritus Mundi, has
decided to step down from her role to focus on her other business interests
and will leave the board on 31 March 2023.

Tim Metcalfe is an experienced corporate financier and public company adviser
having spent the last 29 years in a variety of roles.  He started his career
as a corporate financier in 1994 at Robert Fleming & Co before moving to N
M Rothschild.  He then focused on advising small and mid-cap companies in a
number of senior positions at Westhouse Securities, Northland Capital Partners
and Zeus Capital.  Tim left his role as Joint CEO of Zeus Capital at the end
of 2014 to co-found IFC Advisory, a financial public relations and investor
relations adviser, where he is currently managing director. Tim has advised a
large range of companies from those in the FTSE 100, to small and mid-cap
quoted companies, on investor relations, IPOs, fundraisings, M&A, strategy
and regulatory matters.  Tim is a non-executive director of The Investment
Company plc, a London Stock Exchange Main Market listed investment trust, and
a director of a number of private businesses.

Other than as set out in this announcement there are no further disclosures
required in respect of Timothy Mark Metcalfe under paragraph 9.6.13 of the
Listing Rules.
